  • Products must be defective, damaged, or incorrect to qualify for a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Products not purchased directly from Zara Canvas.

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ship the product back according to the instructions provided.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed only through the original payment method used, which is Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned product is approved.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.
  • If an exchange is approved, Zara Canvas will ship a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Zara Canvas will cover shipping costs for replacement items in cases of defective or wrong products.
