- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned product is approved.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.
- If an exchange is approved, Zara Canvas will ship a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Zara Canvas will cover shipping costs for replacement items in cases of defective or wrong products.
